construction Setouts
What are construction setouts?
A construction setout can be anything from frame setouts on the slab for carpenters, blockwork or pier setouts, retaining walls or anything yourself or trades may needs.
The plans we need are:
Approved working drawings
Subdivision plan or Title plan

We get your project off the plan and onto the ground to make your dream a reality.

Yes - a Re-establishment Survey (resurvey) establishes the boundary of the block and ensure it accords to the Council. We use this boundary to then position the house/units/pool in the exact location needed with a setout.
We offer resurveys and setouts from a Licensed Surveyor.

Unless you request FFL’s (finished floor levels), you will not receive them. Your concretor may request an FFL mark, and if so, let us know so we can organise.
-
For the setout we peg out your external walls for the house based off your site and ground floor plan you present us. Your trades can distinguish which peg is which by referring to your plans. We don’t label pegs unless requested, as it is not standard procedure.
