Yes - we work from flat or steep blocks with no problems.

We need a site plan, floor plan, plan of subdivision and if it’s a slab - a slab plan.

If you have all your survey pegs onsite still, a resurvey is not needed for the setout. However if you have 1 survey mark missing, a resurvey is needed to establish the boundary of your block. So we can accurately position your house setout.

Yes - this needs to be requested, otherwise it won’t be done with a setout

We won’t label pegs by rooms if you don’t request it
