What is a title re-establishment survey?

This is where one or more title boundary pegs/marks needs replacing due to not being on-site. It is commonly required when purchasing a new property, building extensions, building on/or close to boundary, assisting with fencing disputes or designing a new development. This CAN ONLY be done by a Licensed Surveyor as per Victorian legislation.
